Mexican tile, solid stone bases, deep windows with exterior accents, provision for shade and creative use of natural materials are all used inside the homes. Native desert planting with vines are used on the exterior of homes while a mixture of desert, oasis and other flowers or fruit-bearing vines are planted in the courtyard.

When the development is complete, all homes will be a short walk from planned amenities including the Beach Club and Town Center, lined with shops, restaurants and entertainment.
